Experience Researcher
Job description
The UX Researcher provides valuable senior level research services, including conducting user needs assessments, usability evaluations, and expert reviews of proposed web designs. Experience with design thinking research is preferred.
This role requires deep collaborating with end-users, designers, leadership, product owners, engineers and business stakeholders. To succeed, the researcher will need to draw on their significant research experience especially based on Ethnographic study technique and interpersonal savvy.
Responsibility
Identify key research questions and objectives in partnership with stakeholder.
Design and develop thought provoking research methods and approaches that best meet needs.
Identify research and design targets, developing screeners that best support projects as well as creative recruitment strategies where required.
Synthesize/analyze data and findings, developing genuine insights, outputs and frameworks.
Design creative and compelling deliverables, focused on visually telling the story and highlighting important insights.
Plan and deliver research programs within budget, timeline and project requirements.

Has a lucid and focused vision, keeps a level head, works well in a team, and engenders confidence that assignments are on track.
The ability to collaborate across disciplines.
Excellent ability to present and explain research results to a broad audience.
Ability to work with data and the analytic tool to improve the quality of the research.
Deep understand the concept of Ethnographic study and other user research method.
